A surrogacy program is followed as follows:
- Find a surrogate mother.
- Consult with your surrogacy attorneys on relevant legal aspects.
- Once agreement on certain aspects has been reached with the surrogate, the surrogate will require medical and psychological evaluation to support the surrogate contract - to be submitted to the High Court. Please also refer to other documents required to finalise the surrogacy contract.

The surrogate contract is then filed with the High Court to request parental rights and responsibilities in favour of the commissioning parents.

Once the High Court approval has been approved, the embryo tranfer may legally take place.
